The Keepall is one of Louis Vuitton's oldest and most beloved models. Launched in 1930, it was designed as a lightweight and flexible alternative to the brand's rigid trunks — a travel bag that can be folded, carried, thrown into a trunk or in the hold. The 45 format, the most compact in the range, is also the most desirable: it fits in a cabin, can be carried on one shoulder or cross-body, and holds everything needed for 2 to 3 days. With its adjustable shoulder strap — the "Bandoulière" version — it achieves a versatility that the classic Keepall does not offer. This one was made in France in September 1994: thirty years of history, a clean canvas, and Vachetta leather that has developed a perfectly uniform golden honey patina — the sign of a bag carefully worn over time.
